Hello everyone,
After a long wait, our season is starting this Saturday, 18th July. It will be 10 weeks long and the Grand Finals will be on September 19 - one week before school holidays commence (in line with the Netball Season).
With the COVID-19 regulations in place some procedures will be different from the past, so please make sure you give yourself plenty of time. Please bear in regulations may change, we may need to make changes as we go.
Gloucester Soccer Clubs COVID-19 plan is also attached and will also be available on our website - www.gloucestersoccernsw.org
1. Please arrive 20 minutes early for games.
2. There will be a signing in area at each of the grounds, along with hand sanitizer. Please ensure that the parent/carer signs in, provides a phone number and uses the hand sanitizer provided. Players will be on a team sheet, so they will be fine. Volunteers will also be required to sign in.
3. Players will retain their shirts for the whole season. Please take home, wash and use the following week.
4. Recreation Centre toilets will be open. Parents are asked to accompany younger children to ensure correct usage of hand sanitizer and assist in the observance of social distancing rules.
5. Please observe social distancing whilst watching play.
6. The canteen will be operational but will run differently -
. Credit card facilities are now available, and whilst transaction by credit card is preferred, cash will be accepted.
. We will be cooking the barbecue, but orders will be picked up from the canteen.
. Orders may be text to 0427 589 075 and then picked up.
. If possible, try to avoid queues.
Most of all, your patience will be appreciated as we transition through to our "new normal"

We do need volunteers
a) To man sign in stations - volunteers are needed for each division, if we have enough volunteers are roster can be drawn up

c) Division 3 Co-Ordinator
d) Division 2 Co Ordinator
e) Referees, like last year if you are aged 10+ years and would like to referee please let me know.
If we can't get parents to volunteer in these positions by Friday 17th July the following Saturdays games are in doubt.
